Shipping & Returns

How your bars are made, sent, and cared for — from our kitchen to your door.

Every Mmm Canada bar is made fresh to order, so a little patience means a better bar. Here's exactly how shipping and returns work.

Processing & production time

Because nothing is made until you order it, please allow about 1–2 weeks for us to craft and dispatch your order. Larger and custom orders may take a little longer — we'll always let you know. You'll receive tracking as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Shipping rates

We charge a simple flat shipping rate, calculated at checkout. Shipping is free on orders over $60 CAD. Any applicable taxes are shown before you pay.

Where we ship

We ship across Canada and worldwide, so you can send a taste of Canada almost anywhere. Delivery time after production varies by destination; international orders naturally take a little longer.

International customers: any customs duties, taxes or fees charged by your country are the recipient's responsibility and aren't included in our prices or shipping.

Warm weather & melting

Chocolate is heat-sensitive. We package carefully, but during warm months we recommend choosing a faster shipping option and being available to receive your parcel promptly so it isn't left in the heat. If your order is affected by extreme temperatures in transit, please get in touch and we'll do our best to help.

Damaged or incorrect orders

We want every bar to arrive perfect. If your order turns up damaged, or something isn't right, email us at contact@mmmcanada.ca within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we'll make it right — with a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Returns & refunds

As a fresh, made-to-order food product, our chocolate generally can't be returned for change of mind, for food-safety reasons. That said, your happiness matters to us — if there's ever a problem with your order, reach out and we'll put it right.

Changes & cancellations

Need to change or cancel an order? Contact us as soon as possible at contact@mmmcanada.ca. Once we've started making your order we may not be able to change or cancel it, but we'll always try.
