"Commemorative" means something created to mark, honour or celebrate a place or moment — the way a commemorative coin or stamp captures a piece of history you can hold onto. That's exactly what we set out to make: each Mmm Canada bar is crafted to celebrate Canada itself — its landscapes, seasons and spirit — turned into flavours you can actually taste. It's meant to be a keepsake experience, not just a treat.

We call ours Canada's first commemorative chocolate bar because, while lots of chocolate is made in Canada, we're not aware of anyone else crafting bars designed specifically to commemorate and "taste" the country this way. If you know of another, we'd genuinely love to hear about it — but for now, we're proud to be the first.

We make chocolate inspired by Canada itself — its seasons, landscapes, food and culture — turned into flavours you won't find anywhere else. Right now: Arctic Chill (cooling white chocolate), Apple Orchard (milk chocolate with apple), Fresh Pine (dark chocolate made with real pine nuts and needles), and our newest, Cherry Blossom (white chocolate with real cherry blossom petals). You can buy them individually, or start with our Seasonal Collection trio. We release new bars over time, so there's always something new to taste.

Yes. Every bar is crafted fresh once you order, so it arrives at its best. Please allow about 1–2 weeks for us to make and dispatch your order, plus shipping time — you'll get tracking as soon as it's on its way.

Sizes vary a little by flavour, but most bars are around 100g.

Absolutely — the Seasonal Collection includes all three flavours and makes the perfect gift or introduction to the range.

Yes — join The Seasons Club and each season we'll send you a new limited drop — a bar that captures the feeling of that time of year in Canada (a rotating seasonal release). The fun part: it arrives as a surprise sometime during the season, so you never know exactly which day it'll land, only that a fresh taste of the season is on its way. Cancel anytime, and members get first access to limited and subscriber-only editions.

Our bars contain milk, soy, and tree nuts (pine). They're made in a kitchen that may also handle other nuts and allergens. If you have a specific allergy, please email us at contact@mmmcanada.ca before ordering.

Our bars contain milk, so they aren't vegan. For any specific dietary needs — gluten-free, halal, kosher and so on — please reach out at contact@mmmcanada.ca and we'll be happy to confirm.

Yes — we ship across Canada and worldwide, so you can send a taste of Canada almost anywhere.

We charge a flat shipping rate at checkout, and shipping is free on orders over $60 CAD. Because bars are made fresh to order, please allow about 1–2 weeks for us to make your order before it ships, plus standard delivery time.

We package carefully, but chocolate is heat-sensitive. In warmer months we recommend faster shipping and having someone available to receive the parcel promptly so it isn't left in the heat.

Of course — just enter their shipping address at checkout, and you can add a gift note. It's one of the most popular ways people use Mmm Canada.

Because our bars are made fresh with real ingredients, we recommend keeping them in the fridge — ideally around 4°C (39°F) — in a sealed bag or container so they don't absorb moisture or other food smells. For the best flavour and texture, take a bar out about 10–15 minutes before eating so it comes back to room temperature.

As a fresh, made-to-order food product, our chocolate generally can't be returned. But if your order arrives damaged or something isn't right, email us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@mmmcanada.ca and we'll make it right.
